Customer Policy

1. Order Policy

  • All orders placed with Paris Calling Pastry are final sale and non-refundable once confirmed and processed.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before submission.

  • Modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated after an order has been processed.

2. Pickup & Storage Policy

  • Orders must be picked up on the scheduled date within the designated pickup window.

  • We are not responsible for orders that are left beyond the pickup time.

  • Proper storage instructions will be provided with your order, and we are not liable for any quality changes due to improper handling or delayed pickup.

3. Quality & Issue Resolution

  • We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately at 905-713-0965.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will assess and address concerns on a case-by-case basis, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

4. Subscription & Pre-Order Policy

  • Subscription boxes require a 3-month minimum commitment and are non-refundable once processed.

  • Subscription boxes are available for pickup only on the designated dates and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be modified after the order deadline.

  • If you fail to pick up a subscription box or pre-ordered item, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

5. Class & Event Policy

  • All class and event bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • If you are unable to attend a class, you may transfer your spot to someone else but must notify us in advance.

  • Late arrivals may result in missing key parts of the class, and we cannot offer make-up sessions.

6. General Disclaimer

  • Paris Calling Pastry is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please review ingredient lists and notify us of any allergies before ordering.

  • While we take precautions, our products are made in a kitchen that processes common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten.
