Bonjour! I’m Mona Prasad, the heart behind Paris Calling Pastry. My journey didn’t start in a kitchen—it started in the world of biotech, where precision and science ruled my days. But my heart was elsewhere, drawn to the delicate craft of French pastry.

I traded lab coats for flour-dusted aprons and moved to Paris, training at the prestigious École Lenôtre. Immersed in the art of French baking, I knew this was more than a skill—it was my true calling.

Paris has a way of calling to those who dream, and for me, it was a call I couldn’t ignore. After a year of perfecting my craft, I returned home to bring a piece of that magic with me. Paris Calling Pastry was born—where tradition meets creativity, and every bite tells a story.
